Every app needs terms of use. Ours are short, plainspoken, and say what we actually mean.
By downloading, installing, or using Nudge, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. That's as complicated as this needs to be.
Nudge is a personal record-keeping tool for pet owners. It is not a substitute for veterinary care, professional medical advice, or emergency services. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.
Reminders in Nudge are a convenience, not a guarantee. Don't rely solely on Nudge for critical medication timing or emergency situations.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into Nudge. You're responsible for maintaining backups via iCloud. You're responsible for the security of the Apple ID account you use to sign in.
Don't use Nudge to do anything illegal. Don't try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise mess with the app's source code. Don't use it for anything other than tracking your own pets' care.
Nudge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to make it reliable, but software has bugs and we can't guarantee it will always work perfectly. We're not liable for any damages resulting from use of the app, including (but not limited to) missed reminders, lost data, or any consequences thereof.
Your data lives in your iCloud account, not ours. If something goes wrong with iCloud, that's between you and Apple — we can't recover data we've never had.
We may update these terms occasionally to reflect changes in the app or in the law. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of Nudge after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes that can't be resolved amicably will be handled in courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
