How much does Nudge cost?
Nudge is a one-time purchase on the App Store. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no "pro" tier locked behind a paywall. Pay once, use forever.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, if you're signed into iCloud. Nudge uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your records across your devices and back them up automatically. If iCloud is off, data stays local to your device only.
How do I share a pet with my partner or family?
Open the pet you want to share, tap the share icon, and invite anyone via Messages or Mail. They'll accept the invite with one tap and see your pet's records appear in their own Nudge app. Everyone you invite gets full read-write access.
Can I export my records?
Yes. Tap the export button on any pet's profile to generate a PDF of all their records — vaccines, visits, medications, and weight history — formatted for the vet, sitter, boarder, or anyone who needs them.
What happens when I get a new phone?
Sign into iCloud on your new phone, install Nudge from the App Store, and your data appears automatically. No migration, no backup restore, no data loss. That's the whole process.
Is there an Android version?
Not at this time. Nudge is iOS-only. We'd rather build one excellent app than two mediocre ones, and Nudge is deeply integrated with Apple's iCloud sync infrastructure that doesn't exist on Android.
Why does Nudge require iOS 17?
Nudge is built on SwiftData and modern iCloud sync APIs that only exist in iOS 17 and later. Supporting older versions would mean a worse experience for everyone.
How do I delete all my data?
Delete the Nudge app from your phone, then go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage and remove the Nudge data. That's it — since we have no servers, there's nothing else to delete.
