Everything you record in Nudge stays on your device and syncs only through your own personal iCloud account. We have no servers. We have no database. We have nothing to hack, sell, or lose — because we never see your data in the first place.
Nothing on our servers — because we don't have any. Your records are saved to your device's local database and, if you enable it, synced through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service.
Nothing. Literally nothing. We have no analytics, no tracking pixels, no crash reporting SDK, no user telemetry of any kind. Your pet's records never leave Apple's infrastructure.
Nothing. We have nothing to share because we have nothing. No advertising networks, no data brokers, no third-party integrations that could leak your data. The only "sharing" is the one you control — inviting a family member to see a pet.
Nothing changes. Your data lives in your iCloud account, not ours. If Nudge ceases to exist tomorrow, your data is still yours — sitting safely in your iCloud, accessible through any other app you choose.
Nudge does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on any server we control. All pet health records you enter are stored locally on your device. If you choose to enable iCloud sync, records are synchronized through Apple's CloudKit service to your own personal iCloud account. We have no access to this data.
Nudge contains no analytics software, no advertising SDKs, no crash reporting tools, and no third-party data collection of any kind. We do not use cookies, fingerprinting, or any form of user tracking. We have no way of knowing who you are, how often you use the app, or what records you store in it.
If you choose to share a pet's records with a family member or caregiver using Nudge's sharing feature, those records are transmitted through Apple's iCloud sharing infrastructure directly to the person you invite. We are not involved in that transfer and cannot see the shared data. The shared records exist only between you, your recipient, and Apple's CloudKit service.
Your data is retained for exactly as long as you want it to be. To delete all your Nudge data, delete the app from your device and remove the Nudge data from your iCloud storage settings. Since we have no servers, there's no additional deletion request required on our end — we have nothing to delete.
